I've been able to get out for another 54 holes and was able to do side by side testing with TPT Power 16 lo, Aldila Tour Green 6X (was my gamer) and Tensei 1K White 70TX. I think it's pretty fair to say that (for me) the X Wave is a step above any other premium shaft l've tried as a whole. Looks, feel and dispersion are as good as any of the above mentioned on an individual basis but as a whole it's not even close. I was

skeptical at first because it took me a bit to get used to the profile but once I got acclimated it was an absolute game changer.

No one loves seeing shafts retail so high but the tech is in this shaft. I am 100% sold!

I've had two testing sessions with my X Wave so far. I took it out on the range yesterday for some head to head with my gamer shafts, no data, just went for feel. Today I got a brief range session in with it. Here's my thoughts so far:

Finish is unbelievable, it looks so cool in the sunlight. I opted for the 6X. I'm 110-112mph with driver and have been working on some speed training lately and can touch upper teens/120

If I'm feel good and going after it. I like to draw it off the tee and typically like a shaft that's stable but has some kick. I can make either Stiff or X work for the most part.

I built my X Wave up at 45" in my GT3 10*, STD Weight.

It's very hard to turn this shaft over for me. It does not want to draw. It's very stable, bordering on too stiff for me. Maybe I should have gone 5S, but this is WRX, it's and X and it looks cool! € Definitely feels a lot like Ventus Black. At 69g it's heavier than most shafts I've gotten along with, but I did put a lighter weight in the head and it felt more comfortable.

I played 9 holes with it and if I commit to the fact that it wants to stay straight or cut, I could hit it really well.

Definitely going to need some more time with it, but it's a quality shaft so far!
